Captain Jonathan Chandler "I offer my clients aboard my yacht the best personalized service in every step of their charter". Jonathan goes on to explain that he becomes very involved with his clients and that satisfaction is a priority. He becomes so engrossed in the sailing of his yacht, to some of the best sailing areas of the Greek islands, that his enthusiasm is rubbed off onto every guest. From hands on sailing instruction to geographical history lessons to deck dinners and beach parties, Jonathan will share his love of the sea and Greece with all crew members. He has been sailing for most of his life. He built is first dinghy when he was 7 years old, and has not looked back since then. He is half-English and half-Greek, taking advantage of both worlds as he speaks fluent Greek. Having sailed in many parts of the world, over the years, Jonathan has thousands of sea miles logged. He spent his early twenties in the orient racing and working. As a member of the Admirals cup Hong Kong sailing team in 1979, he competed in the Fatal Fastnet race that year. Moving on to the US Jonathan spent several years competing in Florida at such events like the S.O.R.C, Miami- Jamaica race, Antigua Race week, Annapolis -Bermuda Race…in his 30’s he became Captain of the Racing Maxi “Boomerang” and sailed the yacht around the world competing in the Maxi World Cup. Sailing across the Pacific and the Atlantic several times. In the late 80's he competed in the around the World Whitbread Race on the maxi Ketch "Fischer and Paykel" and was involved in the Americas cup with Dennis Conner in in the early 90's
Today Jonathan has slowed a bit and is Owner of his own Yacht Charter business in Greece. Now he sails KORALIA 3 around the Northern Hemisphere. Cruising and racing in the Greek Islands and over in the Caribbean. He has acquired a unique knowledge of the Greek islands that would normally take a lifetime. He can introduce you people who will be come your life long friends. As a teacher of sailing, he has had much experience training race crew, the correct and safest way to sail

Captain Alex is our newest and youngest qualified captain to join our ranks.
Conny Keessen Conny has been with the company since the beginning. She is Dutch with a history of being involved with the sea . Her sailing has taken her from the Dutch waterways to cruising along the Spanish coast and now in the Greek Islands. Working for the company she wears many different hats, during the winter and Spring she runs the bookings and coordinates information to the clients. In the summer she helps out with sailing Koralia3 or Freda. An experienced sailor who loves being on the water.
Alex van de Post Alex joined the company 4 years ago. He came down from Holland to help as a deck hand on Koralia 3. In 2004 he took his Coastal Captains exam. As our youngest captain he still sails with Koralia 3 but will also assist on Freda as well. He loves the sea and is an avid diver. He also plays league level Handball in Holland. At the moment he is in University studying astro-physics. He has a passion for Greek ancient history and is well versed in the Stories and folk lore of the islands.
George Burton. Yacht Valentine (not listed yet) Skipper George spent most of his life in the Royal Navy. He is a qualified RYA Yachtmaster with Commercial endorsement for power and sail, and an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor. During his time in the navy he taught seamanship, diving, navigation, and sailing. He has taught the American ASA syllabus with the Athens Institute of Sailing. In all he has over thirty years experience at sea and has sailed all around the UK, as well as in the Mediterranean, Australia, the Seychelles, and Turkey
Melody Mackay-Burton. Yacht Valentine Melody is also a qualified skipper and has sailed on the west coast of Scotland, Turkey and Greece. Melody will deals with your enquiries for the yacht Valentine, and looks after your booking. She is responsible for most of the navigation and during your cruise will prepare a buffet breakfast and lunch for you each day.
Garth Kennedy Garth is from England and has been sailing since he was a teenager. For many years he was a delivery Captain, running yachts from England down to the Mediterranean and across the Atlantic. He has captained charter yachts in the Caribbean and in the Greek islands for many years. He now works free lance during the summer for us mostly on board yacht Freda. In the winter he can be found in the Italian Alps teaching skiing.
